Purpose of the Job: Manage internal & external (suppliers) resources in order to provide efficient support to business through Technical Procurement sourcing activities of production equipment, spare parts and related services with focus on supply security, cost efficiency and sustainability. Develop, validate and implement Regional TP strategy aligned with Global TP strategy and Regional business needs considering risk management, sustainable supplier base, process efficiency and productivity pipeline. Perform as the first point of contact to the internal stakeholders in the Region for Technical Procurement topics. Support the team by helping them identify and set up individual development plan, align company goals with their objectives, remain ultimate accountable person for stream's scope of responsibility. Accountabilities: 1. MANAGE PEOPLE Manage team of category leaders and executives in order to provide efficient support to business through TP sourcing activities. Develop good understanding of each category specifics, supplier mapping, external and internal threads and opportunities to support team members in critical negotiations with suppliers and internal stakeholders. Participate in selection of new employees for TP procurement department and plan their induction and trainings to ensure right level of competence and knowledge retention. Create and maintain positive working environment in the department, ensuring high level of motivation and work process efficiency, leading by example and participating together with other employees in joint projects. Based on capabilities analysis define training plan to foster procurement knowledge, develop required skills and capabilities. Use two way feedback, coaching, mentoring and reverse mentoring to ensure professional and personal development of the team and her/himself. 2. STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT & DEPLOYMENT Develop, validate and implement Regional TP startegy aligned with Global TP strategy and Regional business needs considering Regional market trends and specifics, risk management, sustainable supplier base, process efficiency and contribution pipeline. Provide regularly Regional demand and Regional specifics to Global TP Category managers to be taken into account in development of Global TP strategy, yearly negotiations with OEMs and execution of Global RFQs. Prepare and follow-up execution of Regional Sourcing Plan based on Regional TP strategy, consolidated business demand, contribution targets and compliance requirements. Apply data driven decision making for validation of Regional biddings, follow up on commitments, use global perspective in negotiations with suppliers. 3. SUPPLIER RELATIONSHIP MANAGER Summarize and regularly provide to Global Category Managers feedback on Global suppliers` performance in Region through relative KPIs and suppliers performance assessment that are presented in quaterly business reviews with suppliers. Based on Regional business requirements and Global guidance develop and introduce KPIs model with Regional strategic suppliers with further follow-up. In case of supplier's misperformance follow-up performance improvement plan proposed by suppliers. Support team in leading critical contractual negotiations and assist to resolve any requirements or claims with financial implications on PMI that cannot be resolved without manager's involvement. Drive streamlining of the Regional vendor portfolio to enable economy on scale and decrease suppliers management efforts. 4. STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT Build awareness on TP strategy within the management of internal stakeholders: Regional Project Engineering CoE and Local Engineering, Maintenance teams, considering the impact of TP activities on corresponding functions and PMI operations all together. Be main counterpart for management of Regional Project Engineering CoE and Local Engineering, Maintenance teams in any improvements, escalations and strategic support. Act as Regional Procurement representative, first point of contact with other PMI functions, propose / organize efficient procurement solutions during implementation of new product/projects. 5. DRIVE VALUE OUT OF SUPPLIER BASE Set annually Regional target on contribution in line with Global goals, ensure creating of a sustainable Regional contribution pipeline, deploy Global contribution initiatives. Validate quaterly contribution initiatives for the Region and based on actuals provide update to Global TP team on progress versus objectives. Search for new contribution opportunities consulting Global Category Managers, other TP regions, other Procurement teams. Ensure the team is taking an active role in cross-regional optimization programs through sharing and implementing best practices. Manage internal stakeholders with focus on price & productivity, get support and buy-in from them on contribution pipeline and align procurement objectives with business one, establish regular ideas sharing for potential cost reduction between Regional TP and business. 6. STANDARIZE & SIMPLIFY PROCESSES / SPECIFICATIONS Identify and assign team members to lead optimization initiatives related to TP processes. Encourage the team to take an active role in cross-regional optimization programs through sharing and implementing best practices. Ensure internal stakeholders understand the value of standardization & simplification and follow the standard & cost driven approach in their projects/initiatives. In frames of collaboration with all adjacent functions provide timely TP input and updates on production equipment, technical materials and related services price and contribution. Ensure provision of strategic and tactical support to Project Engineering, Maintenance, Production Centers, Supply Chain, Finance and other involved departments. 7. SUSTEINABILITY Enhance implementation of Sustainability program leveraging on reliable collaboration with Regional suppliers. Encourage team to contribute to Responsible Sourcing Principles deployment providing process and performance requirements applicable to all suppliers doing business with PMI. Support supplier’s engagement with the focus on Human rights, Environment and Business integrity. 8. COMPLIANCE / ENVIRONMENT, HEALTH & SAFETY Ensure full compliance with local legislation and company policies and practices. Be department representative in external/internal audits, timely provide any required information and support. Adhere to all Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) rules, policies and practices. Pass through appropriate EHS trainings, apply received knowledge at work. Inspect and use personal protective equipment as appropriate. Keep assigned work areas clean and orderly. Take an active part in EHS programs. Inform the superior immediately about all violations of EHS requirements, take appropriate measures for their elimination. Organize business processes at assigned work area in compliance with EHS rules, policies and procedures. Evaluate risks at work places, take appropriate measures for risks reduction. Organize timely trainings for subordinates on safety working methods and practices. Conduct safety instruction, safety traineeship, safety knowledge assessment for subordinates in cases as required by applicable legislation. Ensure work conditions in department (division) in compliance with norms defined by local legislation. Ensure all subordinates adhere to all applicable EHS rules, policies and procedures. Work in close cooperation with EHS department to develop and improve departmental safety and job procedures. Work Experience and Skills Required: • Minimum 5 years professional experience in procurement or engineering with exposure to multinational environment, people management experience (5+ people, min 2 years) • Advanced in English • PC skills - Excel, Word, PowerPoint • Procurement, SC or Engineering experience • Procure-to-Pay/Source-to-Pay process knowledge, Financial acumen, IP literacy, Legal fundamentals • Competencies: People management, Drive for result, Influencing skills, Communication & Presentation skills, Project management, Enterpreneurship, Data driven decision making, Comfort with ambiguity What we offer: Our success depends on the men and women who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
