Your ‘day to day’: Responsible for creating and planning the deployment strategy of CC & RRPs on National Key Accounts, in order to enable a sustainable business development platform for PMM and KAs. Accountable for building a strong partnership with their KAs, identifying the channel opportunities, and understanding the shopper mission, to create strategic & successful joint business plans with them. Responsible for creating and developing an effective communication channel within PMM and KA structure. Also is accountable for define the most efficient route to market, using on KAs logistic infrastructure and plan a strategic market coverage with our portfolio. Key responsibilities: • Create an annual joint business plan with a strategic tobacco category management and integrate common objectives & critical metrics to ensure a growing platform for both companies. • Lead, acquire and manage resources for critical initiatives implementation on more than 20,000 PoS, in order to face market challenges and continue improving SoM performance. Design a negotiation strategy to assure brand initiatives activations with an effective communication plans and successful trade programs for clerks. • Negotiate commercial & logistic agreements aligned with business strategies and a category management approach, in order to improve value from Combustible business and ensure SoM leadership. • Assure an efficient use of resources (front & trade margin), through balanced Gives and Gets and design plans to have a positive impact in P&L of their accounts. • Plan and implement a strategic market coverage, through B2B marketplaces and logistic infrastructure in their NKAs. Define and negotiate an efficient and effective route to market, to ensure the availability of our brands at POS. • Accountable for the key account team development, with an inclusive leadership and constant feedback, in order to build a clear development plan and enhance their career stage. • Pursuit a long-term commercial relationship that enable a development platform and boost growth for both companies. Acquire a deep understanding of NKA needs, processes, organization and requirements, to develop a trust and efficient relationship with them. • Establish an effective communication platform between KAs and PMM internal teams. Define management protocol to assure excellence at execution through FSF. Seek for consumer and customer insights that provide a better knowledge and decisions in commercial boards. Education & Experience University Degree ideally with a Master Degree (MBA or in MKTG) 8-10 years of strong brand management experience and project management skills. Fluent in English (Spoken and written) Experience as KAM (HET or Traditional Trade) or Area Sales Manager. Experience as people manager with evidence of achievements through them within a commercial environment.
