Your ‘day to day’ Lead the Authorized Partners Strategy of the company for IQOS category, which includes the sales points optimization, sales supervisors and executive profiles, earnings plans for the AP, and overall experience in order to maximize sales. Guarantee the execution of the strategy with trainings, coaching, dashboards follow-ups and teamwork with cross functional teams. • Guarantee the expansion of AP Sales Channel. Identifying opportunities in coverage and defining the right Model of AP to ensure the best experience for LAS and LAU. Also defining type of contract and location in order to optimize the budget versus IQOS sales • Salesmen Profile, & Measurements: Define the earning plan for the AP. • Overall Experience: Create the "Experience in the APS", different experiences for different formats, which includes the definition of processes and scripts in order to achieve the NPS and customer satisfaction KPI´s • Execution of the strategy: Create the coaching & training process, and execution follow-up in order to guarantee the expected Experience in the indirect sales points • Exhibition and Communication: Enhance the exhibitions of accessories, products, trade materials and he whole sales point "Communication" in order to encourage rotation Ans sales of every product • Acquisition programs and promotions: Maximize the implementation of acquisition programs (MGM, lending, Financing) and promotions, guaranteeing the processes, scripts and correct implementations • Quality of processes: Guarantee the correct execution, of all service, logistics and inventory management process, towards the customers and on the backend of the reatil ecosystem • Develop KPIS to measure performance of each type of AP and, and take decisions with lower performers, and also sharing best practices of top performers. • Maintain field force execution standards managing efficiency and effectiveness of in terms of coverage, frequency, number of visits, information collection/gathering among other execution KPI´s. Set and communicate the individual objectives to the team members according to the given targets. Ensure that these objectives are met and aligned with PMI’s vision in RRPS. • Develop and maintain excellent knowledge of the assigned territory to maximize the potential in order to gain benefits for the company. Create territory strategies based on the regular analysis (related to brands & consumers, competition, trade channels dynamics, sales fundamentals, coverage & investment, retailer's profile, zones behaviour and evolution), continuously monitoring the market and gather the insights and developments on all channel activities in line with brand, trade and regional strategy. Who we’re looking for • 5 + Experience in direct retail management or franchise management, carrying on preferably the 8 responsibilities mentioned above in preferably three industry categories: The Telco Industry, Fashion & Luxury or Specialized stores. This candidate should have been responsible for the sales and experience in all the indirect retail stores, shop in shops or corners. • High level of professional knowledge. • Leadership skills in order to gain the credibility of cross functional teams. • Strong analitcal and communication skills. • College/University • English Fluent OK is necessary (you will have participation in forums with headquarters that requires English conversations an presentation skills.
