The commercial Systems Lead is responsible for Leading and supporting the development, maintenance, and ongoing tactical commercial execution of all commercial systems such as iSMS, Field Planning Tool/TA, DTE, RWL(DCS), SEApp, SalesForce, etc. Actively collaborate with various commercial areas like Commercial Planning, Commercial Development, Field Sales Force, and IT Local (B2B, B2C, EAD teams) and Global to ensure smooth tool operations, expedient escalation of issues as well as understanding of processes and systems. YOUR DAY TO DAY • Oversee the day-to-day maintenance & support of our commercial systems, while collaborating with relevant cross-functional areas, particularly the Commercial area to ensure business needs are served. • Ensure issues raised regarding commercial systems are expediently actioned for root-cause analysis, impact-analysis on other processes and systems, next steps for resolution, and communication to appropriate business units. • Lead the requirements definition process and help define solution options for best fit to the needs of the business. • Responsible for determining the appropriate software to use especially where requirements can be met without custom development • Ensure that proper business requirements documentation has been created, adequate testing has been completed and that there is a plan and bought into roll-out approach for go live. • Ensure governance to review and keep process documentations relevant and valid and facilitate implementation of any changes to business processes. • Ensure all data coming from all Commercial Systems to external sources and vice versa is maintained for data integrity. • Ensure the training material is kept up to date, housed and readily available to all end users of the systems including any other stakeholder who may need to reference it. YOU ARE THE RIGHT CANDIDATE FOR THIS JOB IF YOU HAVE • University degree and/or College Diploma • Previous experience in business administration and computer technology, particularly Digital platforms and CRM Systems. • Knowledge of retail sales and consumer packaged goods industry. • Strong understanding of SAP, CRM systems, and understanding of database management. • Excellent Communication/Writing/Presentation and collaborative skills. • Developed problem solving abilities. • French is an asset.
