Your ‘day to day’ The Senior Marketing Manager, Consumer & Digital Health (C&DH) will operationalize the newly developed Consumer Health strategy, by completing global marketing initiatives to launch & drive business growth including retail facing category vision and strategy, innovation (strategy & projects), consumer connections, pricing strategy and P&L management. More specifically, you will: • Innovation: Lead the identification, development & execution of specific innovation projects, with a cross functional team, through a stage gate process • Brand management: Support development of brand strategies, architecture, and framework. Develop global brand toolkits covering all consumer touchpoints (pack, on shelf, digital, media etc.) for use across geographies. Map influencers, including health care professionals, and develop the right strategies, content, and connections with influencers to drive recommendation • New Business Models (NBMs): Support the development & implementation of NBMs to commercialize the Consumer Health new projects, including discussions with market partners (internal & external). Deliver compelling category & brand strategies that are a great outcome for retailers and PMI • Market interface: Align and collaborate with design markets for launch preparation and implementation. Do the significant follow up required with markets and influencing of KPIs, including business cases and sales numbers • P&L and Budget management: Lead P&L management for projects and be responsible for pricing and price laddering strategies and value chain management (COGS & A&P). Support annual budget planning cycles in close collaboration with all commercial and functional partners • People management: Indirectly manage & partner with different teams. Influence market operations teams. Use resources and expertise from wider functional teams, especially in marketing • Digital Health: Develop initiatives on connected health that will support Consumer Health innovation projects, delivering an ecosystem-based solution for consumers. Who we're looking for: • University degree in Marketing or other professional Marketing qualification. MBA preferred • Strong experience in Channel/Key account management at both local and global level - experience in OTC, Dietary Supplements or FMCG required. Science-based marketing experience imperative. You should have a mix of experience in both sales and marketing. • World class brand, commercial and category experience including a consistent track record in driving significant brand growth and commercial delivery at a market level • Experience in achieving business growth in complex regulatory environments, especially regional experience in both the US and Europe • Validated experience in leading and completing innovation projects, from ideation to flawless launches, with a deep understanding and experience in media and the digital world • Implement consistent brand assets across markets and through all consumer touch points • Consumer-first approach: extensive consumer communication development, harness the shopper-consumer-influencer relationship, including HCP marketing for consumer self-select brands, and developing strong customer/retailer strategies • Experience in cross functional project management via the stage gate or agile working methods. • Ability to lead & influence within a matrix organization, integrating complex multifunctional efforts What we offer Our success depends on the people who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress!
