YOUR ACCOUNTABILITIES AS A GLOBAL EMPLOYEE LISTENING INSIGHTS EXECUTIVE (Qualtrics) (M/F/D): • Be a partner with a range of junior and senior stakeholders to implement Employee Experience Listening programs; • Set up a range of multi-language employee experience surveys and providing feedback to stakeholders on improvement possibilities; • Be a key team member and ultimately lead on our larger Pulse/Transformation global surveys; • Set up Qualtrics dashboards to visualize and analyze the data collected, sometimes combined from multiple projects and to help with other insights generated by the team; • Support all technical aspects including user support and system administration; • Create a list of potential improvements (backlog) from existing programs that are running; • Set up and run projects using the PMI agile methodology both as part of a team on larger projects and individually too; • Provide insights (typically PPT based) for individual projects as well as cross program (e.g. combining insights from our Exit, On-Boarding and Pulse surveys). WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? • University educated (or equivalent) with experience of working within a small team for a multi-national organization. • Experience in using Qualtrics or a similar research platform (e.g. Confirmit, Medallia, Questback etc.) for survey setup and dashboard creation; • Experience in employee research (listening) programs - but a candidate with a strong background in customer research would be considered as well • High levels of proficiency with MS Office programs, particularly PowerPoint and Excel • Highly numerate with a good eye for detail • Personal integrity to conduct employee research in an ethical and transparent manner, both in principle and practice. An awareness of the principles of GDPR and other employee data privacy, ethics and confidentiality frameworks • Project management experience. • Fluency in English & German, (additional languages - nice to have); • An excellent problem solver who is not afraid to take ownership and has a keen interest in conducting analysis with basic statistical skills in a program such as SPSS, Python or similar; • An interest and ability to provide actionable insights at both an individual project and overall program level.
