Your day to day As Manager CX Awareness Programs, you will be responsible for designing state of art omni-channel consumer experiences that delivers against the awareness strategy across commercial programs and initiatives. You will be accountable for: - Embedding the global Consumer Journey framework across the Awareness (Learn) Phase, supporting designing local consumer experiences in line with global guidelines and frameworks for different consumer segments for company multiplatform non-combusted alternatives (“NCAs”) portfolio. - Bringing creative solutions to drive business KPIs related to awareness in a restricted market via utilizing all online and offline available tools. - Designing omni-channel experiences that address consumers needs while delivering on business objectives within budget/resource allocation requests. - Leading and working with cross-functional project teams to orchestrate the development and flawless deployment of these experience across commercial programs, projects, and initiatives. - Applying flexible various project management techniques such as waterfall vs. agile depending on the complexity and scope of deliverable to achieve the desired outcome. - Acting as the gatekeeper for budget allocation among the programs, touchpoints, and channels - Collaborating with key stakeholders across the global and regional organization throughout the year and managing the activities to achieve the expected commercial targets YOU ARE THE RIGHT PERSON FOR THIS JOB IF YOU HAVE - Bachelor’s degree in relevant field - 7 years of experience along with consumer understanding skills and strong business and financial acumen - Solid understanding of data analytics - Strong experience in project management, proven ability to collaborate with multiple departments, to manage and influence key stakeholders internal/external are required - Strong in driving results through people - Comfortable in a fast pace environment while working with cross-functional teams under pressure of time and results - Experience in multi-product/multicategory/multi-channel business is an asset - Bilingualism is an asset WHAT WE OFFER We offer the opportunity to join an organization where you can grow in a wide range of business functions.
