Their role is to understand customer conversion journeys in dif-ferent international markets, then to find the best ways to connect with smokers and convince them to switch to reduced-risk products. We’re looking for customer-centric people with strong B2C experience to play a part in this major marketing transformation. The Challenge We are looking for a person who will support Workplace Experience (WX) strategies by proactively implementing its principles of creating a human-centered environment. This person will fulfill the internal customers experience in the area of responsibility, while acting in accordance to PMI prin-ciples and practices. Support contract negotiation and management under WX responsibility. He/she will also investigate ways to reduce costs, while maintaining the customer experience and support special projects and social events promoting employee´s engagement. Your daily tasks • WORKPLACE EXPERIENCE: Support the follow up and monitoring of services & contracts under WX responsibility by identifying ways for continuous improvement while optimizing costs. Perform internal surveys, analyze results, and implement action plans. Support wellbeing, sustainability, and other cross programs as well ideas generations to in-crease overall employee’s experience. • CONTRACT MANAGEMENT: Assist contract negotiation, support contract management (e.g., employee's transporta-tion, Catering, etc) and perform cost benefit analysis as per the guidelines given by the su-pervisor. Design and monitor the contractual KPIs and SLAs. Support Real estate management according with company guidelines. • SERVICES Ensure office support services and optimize the different workflow processes. • FACILITIES Ensure that office equipment is properly maintained and replaced when required. Maintain an efficient asset counts methodology according to local guidelines. Support building occupancy platform management (monitor staff moves/department re-organizations and maximize space utilization). • SPECIAL PROJECTS Support other projects (e.g. office refurbishments) by aligning with all relevant stakehold-ers and ensuring cost-efficient implementation. Support special social events dedicated to promoting employee engagement. • CONTROL ENVIRONMENT Perform and monitor the control environment in all activities according with company Practices and standards (e.g., SOX controls, PoP of invoices, asset management, etc). Who we’re looking for • University degree preferably in Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Business Ad-ministration or similar. • 3+ years of relevant experience in project Management and Facility Management. • Passionate about Continuous Process Improvement. • Familiarized with project engineering in a multinational environment. • Fluent in English and Portuguese. • Excellent communicator. • Strong analytical skills and critical mindset (excellent user of Excel). • Strong collaborator and team player. • Proactive and creative person. • Valid EU work permit.
