Your ‘day to day As Commercial Planning & Communication Specialist, you will be supporting the Manager of Commercial Planning & Operations in the deployment and communication of commercial plans for both combustible products and non-combusted alternatives (“NCAs”). You will co-develop deployment strategies and work closely with regional management teams to produce deployment plans (short term and long term) gaining agreement with stakeholders in departments that are key to ensure successful deployment, reporting and feedback collection. You will be accountable for: - Supporting the Manager Commercial Planning & Operations in deploying and communicating an accurate and transparent Commercial Planning Calendar and sales cycles that outlines all commercial initiatives and activities for NCAs and combustible products in the region. - Managing the continuous process of gathering regional feedback on the development of commercial tools and programs, and ensuring bottom-up knowledge and expertise is incorporated into the annual commercial plan process and commercial toolbox development to execute NCA and Combustible programs. - Developing requirements for product performance and KPI reporting in conjunction with regional management to ensure the Commercial Intelligence team has necessary information and direction to develop and maintain actionable reporting and analytics for decision making. - Participating in regional meetings and leading discussions that improve buy-in and understanding with regional management. - Being the center point of contact and expertise for your region ensuring the acquisition of region specific knowledge in addition to building solid working relationships with regional leadership and aligning with them on commercial plans, as well as supporting them in initiative understanding and issue resolution.
