Your day to day As Learning & Development Specialist, you will be responsible for building the approach that develops capabilities, mindsets, and behaviors to enable transformation based on local business priorities and global frameworks. We are looking for a Learning & Development Specialist who is customer and results oriented, has excellent communication skills, a strategic thinker and who works collaboratively to drive positive change. You will be accountable for: • Acting as internal trainer/facilitator to support the building of internal capabilities (i.e., communication skills, managerial skills programs, unconscious bias, performance conversations etc.) • Acting as Learning subject matter expert and reviewing learning solutions to ensure relevance, impact, and effectiveness. Advise Functional people managers on the most appropriate approach for the implementation of learning solutions to respond to specific business needs • Preparing and coordinating the deployment and implementation of learning solutions in partnership with the respective internal customers at all levels of the organization as well as developing and maintaining organizational communication to employees about learning and development opportunities and engage them through the learning journey • Managing relationships with local learning vendors, managing a training budget • Leading and supporting learning & development initiatives such as creating a learning roadmap to support the achievement of Inclusion & Diversity objectives, designing, and delivering both training sessions and group facilitation sessions at each stage of the journey and engaging external vendors as needed for specific training needs to be fulfilled • Constantly monitoring the developments in other affiliates and globally, as well as the external market trends and new developments. YOU ARE THE RIGHT PERSON FOR THIS JOB IF YOU HAVE - 5 years of relevant experience - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Training or connected disciplines - Experience in Training design and delivery, Leadership Development, Learning & Development and Culture - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to manage multiple projects at a given time - Strong organizational, analytical and decision-making skills - Strong executive presence, ability to manage relationships with both internal and external customers/stakeholders; - Bilingualism, E-learning, Power BI and Project management experience is an asset - Experience in CPG or international companies is an asset WHAT WE OFFER We offer the opportunity to join an organization where you can grow in a wide range of business functions.
