Your ‘day to day’ In this role with Philip Morris Singapore, you will report to the Manager Digital Trade Activation & Customer Care. You will develop, manage, and implement Trade Marketing programs to achieve overall commercial objectives. You will also analyse the results of trade programs and prepare recommendations for next steps, as well as drive trade activation initiatives via digital tools in the most efficient manner to deliver results. Your accountabilities include: • Market Dynamics: Manage and track national market dynamics through collection of data via survey, which requires regular data matching and maintenance of the system with reports. • Market Information: Tracking and reporting weekly in-market industry activities and provide insights to drive commercial plans to stay competitive. • Digital Trade Activation: Develop digital assets and collaterals, implement trade activation activities, measure the overall effectiveness against the agreed metrics and conduct post evaluation analysis to provide insights and recommendations. • Trade Activation: Implement trade activation strategy, trade activation events and long-term loyalty trade programs. In collaboration with Procurement, manage local agencies & vendors to develop and execute various trade events & plans, trade and digital materials as per Global/ local guidelines. • Systems: Manage different systems to generate and sync data from different platforms to drive data-analytics and execution excellence. Improve current processes to achieve efficiency and effectiveness in quality decision making. Who we’re looking for • Bachelor’s Degree • At least 3 years of experience in Commercial operations within the FMCG or E-Commerce industry • Data-oriented, with passion for technology and digital marketing/E-Commerce • Previous working experience with Salesforce software will be preferred • Competency in reporting tools such as Power BI is preferred • Effective communication and presentation skills • Demonstrated ability to work with people across all levels within an organization What we offer Our success depends on the people who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
