Manager eCommerce to lead the performance and development of online channels, third party resellers and suppliers. This is an opportunity to collaborate with Digital & Marketing and other key stakeholders to direct UX, SEO, content and campaign activities as well as with the Supply Chain team on e-Fulfilment deliverables. Key responsibilities: • Channel management o Own the strategy, performance and continuous improvement of online sales channels; o Drive online channels’ growth and profitability including merchandising and stocks; o Support UX improvements that enhance eCommerce navigation and consumer experience; o Manage payment and refund policies and mechanism. • Channel development o Lead programs that encourage eCommerce growth and retention; o Identify, develop and manage indirect eCommerce channels; o Extend and enhance customer payment options; • Key Account Management o Establish strong working relationship with key customers to achieve business goals and keeping abreast with events or development from the marketplace; o Pro-actively discovering new opportunities with key customers; o Review business performance on timely basis. • Data Analysis and reporting o Define and report on eCommerce KPIs in a communicable and actionable manner to key stakeholders with key performance indicators, recommendations and priorities; o Key performance measurements including and not limited to click to purchase, conversion, and customer satisfaction; o Leverage data as a key catalyst for evaluating improvement. Essential Skills and competencies: • At least 3 years work experience within eCommerce environment with proven commercial track record to meet or exceed targets and goals. • Proven knowledge and experience of the eCommerce platforms and online partners would be essential. • Deep understanding of the internet, e-commerce, direct sales and affiliate marketing knowledge would be essential. • A systematic and logical approach to problem solving and a capacity to work around problems. Ability to adapt and respond quickly to a fast changing environment. • A self-starter, ability to prioritize, conflict-resolution skills and adhere to business-critical deadlines. • An entrepreneurial by heart - Optimistic, able to take calculated risks, and most importantly can execute and/or improvise based on untested ideas. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Degree in marketing, business, computer science or equivalent.
