Your day to day Reporting into the Regional Activation Manager (RAM), you will be responsible to support the set up and execution of all new opportunities for IQOS Acquisition in Indirect channels and to identify potential new acquisition opportunities in the assigned Region/Territory. As the Acquisition Executive/Lead, you will play a vital role in supporting the Trade Activation Team in the set-up of Field Activation initiatives for effective implementation while feeding back on areas for improvement specific to enhancing performance. Alongside with identifying relevant new business opportunities in the city, you will use internal and external data sources to identify opportunities across multiple channels (independent convenience/ key accounts/ Vape / Multi Site Operators). As a front line brand advocate for PMI, you'll demonstrate a detailed understanding of your region and create business proposals that you will share with the regional managers and commercial planning team for evaluation. You will manage opportunities from ideation to execution! Working with the regional teams, you'll co-ordinate and deploy Tactical activities and work with different layers of the organization effectively to activate plans! You will act as the key point of contact between the Commercial Planning Department and Field Management Team. From a people coaching and development perspective (3rd party), you'll be leading and coaching the individuals while visiting them in the stores. By liaising with the Third Party Agency manager, you'll ensure you are joined up on improving the effectiveness of the activity. Your responsibility will be for all the elements of activation and especially the consumer journey and experience. You will maintain a thorough understanding of the major Legal and/or Corporate issues which impact or may impact the industry and/or PM UK in order to ensure compliance and anticipative thinking in a changing environment. You will ensure that all activations are always carried out in line with legal and corporate framework.
