Your ‘day to day’ As part of the Regulatory Insights team mission, we drive the strategy, planning and execution of pre- and post-marketing studies on consumer perception and behavior that supports the regulatory efforts and engagements for PMI’s Smoke-Free products. We are looking for a Manager Regulatory Consumer Research to join and be a fundamental component of our team! More specifically, you will: • Lead pre-and post-marketing research done to provide evidence for regulatory purposes. You will do it from start to end, adopting recognized scientific standards. • Be responsible for sophisticated analyses and modeling based on primary and secondary data. • Present and disseminate study results verbally and in writing, including regulatory submissions. • Support external engagement with key stakeholders by participating to conferences, leading the writing of peer reviewed publications and thought papers. • Manage a synergic relationship with the commercial insights team, to support and strengthen regulatory narratives with data from consumer research. Who we’re looking for • MSc (PhD is preferred) in one of the following: social science, behavioral science, statistics, epidemiology, public health or related fields. Academic experience is an advantage. • At least 7 years of experience in pre- and post-market studies, for scientific, external and regulatory engagement, within pharmaceutical, consumer goods, other highly regulated categories or clinical research organizations. • Strong statistical, analytical skills, including the use of statistical software (e.g., SPSS, SAS). • An inquisitive and proactive mindset, with the ability to connect data from different sources. • A flexible approach to work, be able to be involved in several projects at once and to work under pressure in a collaborative set-up. • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
