If you want to make a life-changing impact on consumers, there’s no better place! For our Brand Franchise Group in Global Studios, London we are therefore looking for a Content Producer. Purpose of the role To support the transformation of all PMI content production activities, achieving optimal performance through the defining and delivery of operating standards, change management and of continuous improvement initiatives. Coordinating/orchestrating content production efforts of centrally developed content for them to be used effectively and compliantly by markets globally, while ensuring alignment and consistency with the globally developed communication materials. Accountabilities Content Producer (UK) will be responsible for: - Manage the set-up, administration, pre-production, post- production and logistic implementation of shoots. - Work with Brand, Creative and Production (internal & external) teams to create shoot briefs and detailed shoot schedule. - Collate the shoot requirements across multiple channels, by category – seeking out and co-ordinating the business needs. Identifying opportunities to avoid duplication, and achieve economies of scale. - Maintain the critical paths and advance planning, managing schedules and delivery, and adherence to budget. - Manage all aspects of post shoot activities – retouching, video post production and asset ingestion to multiple repositories. - Oversight for the, option, confirmation of talent & shoot teams – locations, studios, product and travel logistics - ensuring transparency of cost, and rigid budget control. - Using agreed project ratecards as a benchmark, manage cost negotiation to achieve best value from supply base. Issue purchase orders, process invoices and reconcile accounts. - Liaise with appointed production partner on photographers/stylists/art directors and agents, calling in new talent, and sharing with creative & brand teams. - Negotiate usage rights by channel and territory securing lowest possible exposure to cost and risk. - Manage carnet and the management and production of international shoots, liaising with production companies. - Maintain a history of all external crews, models, and photographers for reference. Relationships - Work with internal and external Production Agencies. Establishing working. relationships with appropriate 3rd Party vendors. - Establishes and maintains relationships with key ‘owners’ of marketing and creative functions (such Brand team, toolbox owners, creative team. - Build strong working relationship with PMI Procurement. - Establish communications with central PMI legal team. Knowledge & Skills - To be articulate and able to communicate complex principles in a concise and simple and concise manner. - A comprehensive knowledge of production processes, related studio, workflow and DAM platforms tools. - Extensive project management and implementation skills. In-depth knowledge of the end-to-end marketing process. - Ability to work in fast paced environments with a high volume of work. - Must be flexible and agile and able to cope with multiple changes of project scope. - Excellent communication and organisation skills dealing with high level productions. Professional Experience - Extensive experience in a producer role, leading large-scale projects. - Previous experience managing large budgets and costs. - Managing at a senior level, in complex matrixed organisation, with multiple stakeholders. - Previous experience working ideally within highly restricted market place, with exposure to legal processes and approvals.
