WE ARE LOOKING TO RECRUIT: • A candidate with a strong understanding of compensation and benefits area as well as working knowledge and experience in job evaluation. • A candidate who is enjoying working with data and has excellent analytical skills and mindset. • An individual with experience in using Microsoft Office tools, particularly very good command of Excel. • an inquisitive problem solver highly attentive to details, with the ability to independently plan work and prioritize tasks of self and others • A university graduate preferably in Human Resources, Business/Economics or equivalent with at least 2 years work experience in HR. • A fluent English speaker. Prepare and deliver Total Rewards related trainings. • Act as SME and provide support to line managers and other teams in the area of Total Rewards.
