We are currently looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic Talent acquisition team and support growth in our PMI Business Solutions Office. This role will be due to continued growth and you will be passionate in finding, attracting and engaging exceptional talents to support the business. Your day-to-day • Be a strategic partner to the PMI Business Solutions' functions to understand the business requirements and translate them into a successful talent acquisition strategy • Own and nurture P&C and Business relationships ensuring an agile & data-driven approach • Operationally manage the full life cycle recruitment for assigned open positions in a timely and cost-effective way, handling candidate & Hiring Manager experience with utmost sensitivity & care • Identify, attract, engage and introduce the best and most diverse talents in the marketplace by providing market intelligence and screening while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience • Prepare and deliver data, metrics and commentary for your portfolio as required • Experience in activities that will help drive TA efforts such as employer branding, recruitment marketing, etc. To be successful in the role, you need • In-house experience in a senior talent acquisition role within a large, complex corporate environment characterized by ambiguity • Track record of operational delivery of hiring targets, efficiently maintaining candidate database, TA reporting & the like • Can work independently & effectively manage processes through various tools such as ATS, job portals, among others • Proven stakeholder management & communications skills in a multicultural set-up What we offer: Our success depends on the men and women who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
