About the role You will have the opportunity to deliver brand building, brand awareness, consideration, intent to buy and loyalty for combustible brands, embedding global guidelines in the cluster, to develop and transcreate all internal and consumer’s overall content. You will lead the development of omnichannel branded toolboxes and messaging in order to secure end to end delivery to the Central American and Caribbean market. We are looking for a Combustible Marketing Project Manager Your ‘day to day’ • Conduct analysis of portfolio dynamics and trends, recommend on portfolio development strategies and lead the Innovation process for every portfolio initiative. • Lead definition of master calendar and brand building plan to support the development and growth of combustible portfolio. • Coordinate with market and content team the development of communication toolbox. • Develop omnichannel content and messaging to support combustible portfolio development with consumers and trade partners - (Adapting / transcreating from global toolboxes). • Define and manage agency assigned budget per project. • Manage relationship between transcreation agencies, global CX teams and procurement. • Develop Consumer engagement and promotional concepts and mechanics (off and online) that could be replicated in different markets. Who we’re looking for • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or another relevant field. • 5+ years of demonstrable experience in trade marketing and projects execution, focused on results, budgeting, KPI’s and brand development. • Analytical skills to take better business decisions based on data. • Strong interpersonal / communication, leadership and motivational skills, in order to develop the team and make it succeed. • A collaborative and influential team-player. • Previous background in FMCG companies is preferable. • Advanced / Fluent level of English.
