We are looking for a Lead Finance Controlling who would be part of the IBS Finance Controlling team and reporting to the Manager Finance Controlling and mainly concentrating on Cost Controlling and Balance Sheet activities of affiliates under our responsibility. Main Roles and Responsibilities: As a Lead Finance Controlling you are expected to; •Assist in coordinating budget cycles, communicating business targets, holding regular meetings with cost center owners to review the respective costs, mainly Commercial Investments and Overheads •Proactively participate in budgets’ and forecasts preparation, support management's decision-making process with various ad hoc financial analysis •Design efficient systems and models to collect, consolidate, validate and analyze the budget data, provide variance analysis with commentaries including business drivers •Reconcile and report monthly financial results regarding variance analysis of actual data versus planned spending in line with US GAAP standards •Coordinate and actively participate in month & quarter and year-end closing tasks •Collaborate and provide support to various business partners within the company and other PMI affiliates •Escalate material deviations and propose corrective actions to Manager Finance Controlling •Provide standard, ad-hoc and scenario-based analysis for balance sheet & net working capital Experience, skills, and personality traits that will help in excelling in this role: •Bachelor’s / master’s degree in Finance, Economics or any relevant field; •Minimum 7 years of professional experience in Budgeting, Reporting, Controlling areas preferably gained in multinational FMCG companies •Very strong financial planning, controlling and analytical skills with solid accounting knowledge •Having experience in Cost Controlling, Balance Sheet and Net Working Capital Management •Fluency in English (oral and written) •Strong Excel and Powerpoint technical skills •Able to work under time pressure, prioritize tasks and follow time frames •Highly collaborative and a strong communicator, achievement and customer service orientation •Perspective thinking and ability to narrow an enormous number of details into readable management view •Being a natural problem solver, with a high level of curiosity and passion for data crunching This position can be something for you if you recognize yourself in the below profile.
