Your ‘day to day’ You will support the cultural transformation process we are going through in the company, deploying performance, development and learning process and initiatives, based on Integrated Talent Management Global Framework and looking forward to address local needs. Ensure the design, development, deployment and measurment of the mentioned initiatives and process. You are going to provide the change management expertise in order to contribute and build competitive advantage through people, ensuring that strategic objectives are met or exceeded. Who we’re looking for An expert in Talent Management and/or Organizational Design roles, skilled when communicating with individuals across multiple levels of an organization and fluent in English.
