As a member of the Digital Activation Team, you will be responsible for the planning and effective delivery of Digital Media and Lead Generation activities for our consumer audience. You’ll own a meaningful part of our business, with significant responsibilities but tremendous support from across the organisation. You’ll own all of our paid digital acquisition channels, including development, planning, execution, and measurement, to drive audience awareness, growth and traffic to our e-commerce website. Working in close collaboration with the UK marketing team and our European digital hub, you’ll lead and collaborate with external agencies to deliver an increase in awareness and ultimately new customers through our digital channels. Key Responsibilities • Planning and implementing all aspects of Digital Paid Media, connecting with our coordinated communications and digital strategies, to drive Audience Digital Activation. • Partner with other Digital Teams and, in collaboration with all business functions - plan, design and ensure the delivery of innovative, impactful and successful digital communications initiatives and engagement programmes • Develop and implement the digital acquisition strategy with key partners across the business to improve impact • Lead the management of awareness through lead generation and all key activities available, work with both the external agencies and internal key partners to deliver and support all campaigns. • Build paid media launch strategies for new product releases, in tight collaboration with our Consumer Experience team and key agency partners. • Implement the delivery of digital campaigns as part of our multi-channel multi -brand strategy • Work closely with internal Brand, Marketing, Corporate Communications, Legal, External Affairs and counterparts in the EU and Global media and lead generation teams • Act as the key UK point of contact for Digital Media & Lead generation with the Global Digital Team and Local partners Who we’re looking for You will have previously worked within a media planning and buying team in Digital Media agencies and/or client side digital teams. Your experience will include acquisition/direct response (as opposed to brand) and include experience in high volume programmatic media buying (including on social media channels) to drive scaled customer acquisition. You'll possess proven knowledge of a combination of digital transformation, digital innovation and digital delivery and be super comfortable within environments that have covered Digital Project Management, Account Management, Strategy, Media Planning & Buying and Creative. We're looking for someone with the ability to truly enhance our overall digital paid approach, with an understanding of and proven experience across a combination of integrated digital consumer journey design, web and mobile display strategy / delivery, creativity and content, Digital Paid Innovation, analytics, digital Media Strategy and digital content marketing. You'll have worked in partnership with media agencies to define, design and deliver large scale consumer goods or similar digital campaigns (even better if integrated with traditional media) to drive awareness. A core understanding of audience activation and engagement, segmentation, digital experience planning and audience behaviour /strategy is also important.
