FINANCE ASSISTANT As the finance assistant, you’ll provide administrative support to finance department by ensuring efficient run of the day-to-day operation and by participating in various finance projects & workgroups. WHAT WILL BE YOUR ROLE? • Assistance in administrative, and control tasks; for example: the maintenance of finance organisation schedules & calendars, invoices control and processing, orders creation, document filling, • Travel arrangements & bookings, preparation of expense statements and control of expense reimbursements (finance department, HR manager, IS manager) • Organisation and coordination of internal and external meetings/venues/ conferences • Communication with external vendors/ third parties • Legal department support – maintenance the whole invoicing process (from order creation till invoice payment), budget reports. • Support employees/colleagues in finance related tasks (credit card, travel system, expense system, order creation and maintenance) WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? • Fluent CZECH/SLOVAK and advanced ENGLISH (min. B2), day to day communication with management and colleagues from abroad • FLEXIBILITY – you will work in fast growing international company • ORGANIZATION SKILLS and PRIORITIZE – you should be able prioritize and multi-task • OUTLOOK – MS Outlook will be your best friend (organizing meetings, writing emails etc.) • EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS - you will be in touch with many parties (management, external agencies, vendors, suppliers) • EXPERIENCE WITH ADMINISTRATION or similar executive position is a must! • UNIVERSITY DEGREE – minimum bachelor studies Previous working experience with SAP and MS EXCEL is an advantage.
