Responsibilities: • Perform a continuous assessment of the organizational needs in capability building and leadership development. • Design, implement and evaluate the relevant training & development activities to ensure motivating and engaging employees while enhancing their skills and competencies to support Operations organization transformation to OPEN+ model. • Provide a high level of support to Operations management team via running respective talent acquisition initiatives to ensure high caliber employees intake and their development to facilitate organizational development and sustainability. Develop and implement a solid platform for collaboration with the dedicated universities in order to secure talent pipeline • Initiate and implement employee educational and engagement activities to support company’s transformation. Evaluate the effectiveness of the activities to ensure proper coverage, commitment and results (e.g. org survey results). • Provide timely professional support to Operations management concerning core P&C processes: recruitment, performance and talent management. Support Operations departments in various P&C related activities upon their request or based on the organizational assessment initiate respective activities to contribute to the organization development. Qualifications: • College/University in HR, Business Administration/ Economics • Work experience in HR/ People & Culture or people management 1-2 years • High learning agility; high communication & engagement skills; creative problem solving attitude; pro-active approach; drive for results; customer focus; analytical skills • English: Upper-intermediate • Solid user of main MS Office applications (Power Point, Excel).
