The main responsibilities of this team are: o Monitoring the order management and shipments from factory to LSP (Logistics Service Provider) for the Benelux markets; o Managing the inventories of FAW (First Arrival Warehouses) for our portfolio of reduced risk products and conventional products; o Managing the customer and B2C forward orders & its deliveries and reverse flows; guaranteeing a cost efficient and timely fulfilment and reverse process to market and its customers/consumers; o Monitoring of LSP/WS contracts conditions and ensuring compliance with audit & internal billing guidelines. o Monitoring daily in- and outbound Track and Trace reporting and compliance to TPD TT legislation. o Planning and controlling of the Logistics & Distribution budget, securing and continuous further development of L&D cost reporting. o Participating in EU driven supply chain projects as well as locally driven projects & processes improvements. To strengthen our team, we are currently sourcing a Logistics & Distribution Executive who will report to our Logistics & Distribution Manager Benelux. If so, then please continue reading. As L&D Executive, you will drive all outbound activities from LSP towards customers/consumers. You will closely collaborate with our LSP, ITP, the S&OP department, the Back-office Sales and KAM departments, SCE Finance Poland with in depth focus on your customers. Additionally you will cooperate in future shaping projects as well locally as EU driven. Read further if you want to learn what the key accountabilities of the role are: 1. You will be responsible for the daily order management: Process orders and check on product availability, pricing & credit control releases, quantity and adherence to the customer contract conditions. 2. Follow-up on commercial activities impacting the orders, sales allowances and their approvals. Process the releases from bonded to non-bonded and follow-up on issues to ensure accurate reporting to customs. 3. Monitor internal and external interfaces, the goods issue, the billing process and the release to accounting to guarantee timely and correct revenue recognition. 4. Ensure WS customer master data are correctly maintained. 5. You will be responsible for the daily distribution management : Plan and organize the deliveries with the customer and LSP. Follow-up on timeliness & quality of the deliveries and TPD TT compliant aggregation and dispatch of our multi category product portfolio by the LSP. 6. You will manage the LSP performance & budget following contract conditions and follow-up on issues. Initiate efficiencies and optimization with LSP. Participate in bidding and implementation LSP. 7. You will report on L&D activities (KPI’s, TPD TT, order behaviour..) including analysis and interpretation of results. 8. You will initiate, participate, test and implement new flows set-up in the L&D inbound operations and develop & maintain standards working processes. Our ideal candidate would match the following experience and competence requirements: Required Experience: o You have ideally 1-2 years of experience in the field of supply chain in an internationally operating (FMCG) company. o You are passionate about the Logistics, Sales & Distribution environment. o You have a good knowledge MS Office (SAP knowledge is a plus). o You are fluent in Dutch, French and English. What will the selection process look like? Talent Acquisition (TA) will perform an initial screening to assess whether candidates match with the defined vacancy requirements. If this is the case, the candidate will be invited for 2 competency-based (virtual) interviews. In parallel, you will be asked to complete online assessment tests*. At the end of the process, each candidate will receive the assessment results, as well as actionable feedback for their further development.
