About the role This role will lead the social media strategy & planning, working together with other stakeholders for its implementation and analysis to optimization for the Andean Cluster on a B2C approach. The Social Media Manager will work on building emotional connections with current and future MRTP users, requesting content that preserves our brand’s voice, and building awareness and brand affinity through storytelling and information sharing on a variety of channels, including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and Instagram. Your ‘day to day’ • Develop strategy and sustain the healthy growth of IQOS online communities / features to enhance the user engagement and to acquire new users, aligning it with business goals. • Take lead for ad-hoc campaigns / projects to ensure the effective planning and execution in order to achieve the KPI. • Develop a comprehensive framework for measuring the success of social media and its impact on the business. Analyze and evaluate the performance of communications campaigns to propose next-step action. • Rule the conversation on content definition between all social platforms, aligned with a co-defined content calendar with MKT, ACQ, RET for ever green, occasional and campaign content. • Define the scope of events coverage of offline activities as to increase engagement with followers though social media channels. • Develop IQOS presence on new platforms, looking for ways to connect with new audiences and create community. • Partner with team members across Marketing to ensure organic social media is integrated into our customer journeys and paid and organic social media feel consistent. • Identify and structure social growth opportunities/activities attached to the Social Media budget for channel activations. • Design and lead quarterly and annual reviews that measure media efficiency and overall campaign effectiveness and which create meaningful takeaways. • Develop a relationship with the global Social Media Team and regional Hub, to challenge and guide by the example on the search for best in case executions. • Run social media channels in collaboration with EA in markets needed. Who we’re looking for *Advanced / Fluent level of English. *5+ years of post-university work experience and a BA/BS in a related field such as journalism, marketing, or communications. *Experience in social media, strategic content marketing, or growth marketing. *The ability to think strategically and develop comprehensive narratives that align with brand goals. *Working knowledge of social advertising and how to align organic and paid strategy. *A deep understanding of social media measurement and how to use it to fuel performance. * An eye for detail, down to the last character, image crop, and line break. While most of the role won't be focused on content production, you have a background in creative writing or design. *An energetic, solution-oriented attitude.
