Chemical Process Optimization Intern – Modeling & Simulation We are looking for you: • Currently studying for your Master’s degree in Chemical or Process Engineering. • Knowledgeable/good user of simulation software’s such as Chemcad or Aspen Plus. • Understanding of broad chemical engineering principles and unit operations. • Analytical skills to evaluate technical processes based on process data. • Fluent in English, other local languages are an asset You will join the Process Technology team within the Reduced-Risk Products (RRP) Organization in Philip Morris International and be based in Neuchatel (Switzerland). The mission of the team is to anticipate, develop and characterize new processing technology as well as to make available substantiated knowledge on critical product transformations towards upscale and industrialization. Roles & Objectives • Perform chemical process modelling, simulation, and analyses. • Develop pre-conceptual engineering design to optimize the project baseline and explore alternative process configurations. • Analyze and visualize large sets of process data.
