Your day to day As Manager Digital Trade Engagement, you will be responsible for the overall management, transformation, and growth of the Digital Trade Engagement Channel, including platform strategy, budget management, customer experience, vendor management and development of team. You will guide and support the Digital Trade Engagement Specialist’s, external agencies/vendors and the contract positions and ensure that all DTE campaigns, programs, trade communication, content and initiatives are aligned with the overall business objective and company vision. You will be accountable for: - Conceptualization, development, and implementation of Digital Trade Engagement strategies (short term & long term) as well as working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all DTE initiatives are incorporated in the overall platform’s annual plan - Leading the collaboration with the Planning, Trade Activation, Cross-Functional Teams and external agencies to facilitate the exploration and implementation of new business opportunities while enhancing the overall customer experience - Continuously demonstrating inquisitiveness and an innovative spirit through analytics, field research, testing, prototyping, and building technology solutions - Owning overall Digital Customer Experience; ensuring all digital campaigns, initiatives, and programs provide a positive customer experience and drive overall trade engagement and participation - Working collaboratively with the Data Reporting team to analyze platform KPI’s performance, identify new opportunities, drive customer insights through digital analytics and analyze ROI - Participating and providing expertise for digital strategies to support various cross-functional projects planning and executing digital requirements to ensure project goals are achieved YOU ARE THE RIGHT PERSON FOR THIS JOB IF YOU HAVE - Bachelor’s degree in relevant field - 2-5 years of relevant experience - Experience in Project Management, Digital Transformation, as well as knowledge of CPG - Experience of working on digital campaigns - Solid understanding of Trade Engagement and Trade Segmentation - Familiar Key Accounts operating model - Leadership and Project management skills that enable you to gather requirements, prioritize, execute, and manage stakeholders - Experience in partnering with people inside and outside the organization to bring value to the brand and enterprise - Experience working with Legal, Regulatory, Compliance and Procurement partners.
