YOUR ‘DAY TO DAY’ The Manager Program Delivery reports to the CS leader (region, cluster or market) and is part of the related management team. The role is leading and coordinating a wide range of projects for the region or market, as well as the Customer Service Strategy, Masterplan and end-to-end supply chain projects. The Manager Program Delivery will identify and drive improvement of functional processes and KPIs (i.e. product availability at the market, customer service level, cost to serve, net working capital, etc.) through projects, The role will provide a bridge between the global Supply Chain (SC) team and the regional and local needs at SC and/or commercial and Finance functions features to be translated at the market side enabling route to market with best product design and portfolio, optimum COGS (Cost Of Goods Sold) and on-time IMS (In Market Sales). • Support the CS Head with the facilitating of Function strategic objectives and plan for delivery. Support strategy definition, process and implementation working closely with key stakeholders. • Facilitate effective Program Management in line with established processes and governance, advising CS Head on decision-making regarding project prioritization, resources allocation and review of existing projects . • Identify necessary process and tool changes needed by global initiatives and or local/regional needs. Work with PMI at global /region/market to develop transition plan, including change management and a corresponding capability gap assessment plan. • Regional coordination of the different global project deployment (e.g. downstream visibility, DRP, OTIF/Case fill rate, network optimization, RTM) and regional initiatives. • Drive the continuous improvement across the entire supply chain processes. Regional governance for productivity initiatives & single point of contact for D40 and scout for regional productivity initiatives in collaboration with CoEs. • Monitor the implementation of regular reporting and KPI's related to budget, cost control and process performance for all Customer Services processes in order to guarantee the total control of the operation. • Ensures data consistency and accurate reporting in digital dashboards and project management applications • Prepare, manage and govern functional budget, share reports and dashboard with leadership • Implement standards working procedures, operating guidelines & systems. OPEN+ deployment. Makes projects successful, Set Clear Expectations, Track Critical Milestones and Focus on Performance. • Responsible for day-to-day management of the projects.
