Purpose of the role Act as a catalyst for smart business growth by proactively providing extensive partnering and financial support to consumer program team. Conduct financial planning / forecasting as finance professional with solid analytical and problem solving skills, based on a good understanding of PMJ business, aligned with business strategies as well as historical data, aiming for delivery of accurate financial forecast in a timely manner. Proactively drive financial analyses of projects and consumer programs to achieve optimal resource allocation. Drive project-based cost management in a day-to-day business and budgeting / forecasting process. Prepare management reporting in line with PMI and local management requirements. ACCOUNTABILITIES • Revenue and gross profit forecasting, and price-volume-mix (PVM) analysis across all the product categories • Timely consolidation and analysis of annual budgets, long range plans, rolling forecasts by coordinating with internal stakeholders proactively • Interpreting, explaining and validating key assumptions on volume, selling price, COS rates SKILLS & EXPERIENCE • Degree in business, finance, accounting or related qualifications • 5-7 years of experience in multinational corporations with roles involving strong financial planning, controlling and/or analytical requirements • Team player, highly collaborative and challenge status quo (Fluent English, Business level Japanese) • Able to work under time pressure, deal with ambiguity and adopt quickly in a fast paced environment • Advance Excel technical skills WHAT WE OFFER Our success depends on the men and women who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
