As an IT Technical Manager - Consumer Services you will manage highly complex international implementations of digital solutions supporting commercialization of PMI Reduced-Risk Products* (RRPs). You will mobilize and manage cross-functional internal and external teams and address multiple partners within and beyond the PMI IT Consumer organization and PMI Affiliates. JOIN US! WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? • 7+ years of experience in IT B2C domain • 5+ years of experience in designing, carrying out, and supporting Salesforce implementations including but not limited to customizations, Integrations, and defining and executing data migrations • 3+ years in Salesforce Servicecloud Case management • Good understanding of Cloud Computing concepts • Good knowledge of software development, Web services, Salesforce user interface, APIs, Salesforce.com Governor limits, Lightning UI, Apex, Data Model etc. • Salesforce Experience Cloud including web development and performance optimization • Familiar with other interaction management solutions (eg: Twilio) • Familiar with telemetry solutions like NewRelic and AppDynamics • Experience in Geo-distributed system with continuous availability • Knowledge in AWS services and architecture framework • Comfortable with use of Quality Attributes (Performance, Security, Availability, Usability, Consistency, Modifiability, Portability, Reusability, Inerrability, Testability), Observability, CI/CD, Testing/QA - Delivery and Testability • Security and Compliance basics (controls, sox, GDPR, (GxP), audits, passive/active security) • Certificates under Salesforce certification path • Experience in leading development team • Experience in IT Process Frameworks and methodologies • Knowledge in Hybris, MuleSoft, Gigya would be added benefit WHAT WE OFFER? • Private medical and dental care, life insurance • Lunch card (Sodexo) • Remote work opportunity and flexible working arrangements • Employee pension plan • Multisport program • Cafeteria program • Wide range of trainings, optional language classes, further education and professional qualification support possibility • Free bike and car parking for all employees HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US? • Providing technical expertise for Salesforce implementations and contribute to software design, development and integration • Serving as the domain expert within the organization and as the main point of contact for Salesforce Servicecloud • Bringing value to business by identifying areas that can be automated or simplified • Implementing large scale Salesforce based partnering with internal and external teams • Cooperating with Solution Manager in designing technical solutions to meet business requirements • Working with Solution Manager on product road map to create future technology roadmap and identify gaps to rectify • Constantly learn and maintain current knowledge of IT development methodology, architecture and related standards • Exposure to all demands linked to your respective delivery scope or program, and manage end-to-end delivery of certain set of features • Be the go-to person for the IT team and business partners for the delivery status of a global program • Be the ‘glue’ that brings business partners, multi-functional IT teams and suppliers’ teams together Please note that only online applications will be taken into consideration Only selected candidates will be contacted
