Job Purpose: Commercial NPS Executive main purpose is to lead the setup, process & operations for B2B NPS across Asia. To ensure Market success, additional support will also be provided via key digital NPS services. The role requires broad understanding and experience in B2B from both an offline & online perspective. Offline experience working in a commercial role closely with distributors across sales, merchandising, RTM, trade channels & retailers and online experience with digital trade platforms across retailer engagement, content creation, features & digital KPIs. To have credibility for this role, the candidate would need experience in setup, launch & expansion of digital B2B platforms across Markets. The role has been designed to support Digital B2B NPS across Asia by leading on the deployment & streamlining of digital operations to establish a consistent approach & create business efficiencies. The candidate will need to also ensure actions are taken to tackle retailer pain points & opportunities through reporting and analytics to improve our Market business results. As a plus, the candidate would also need to be comfortable learning, understanding & navigating online systems (such as Salesforce, NPS Dashboards, etc). To deliver this role, communication & support of the Markets will be needed to ensure alignment with gathering of Retailer insights, identifying opportunities & implementing valuable action points. Main Accountabilities: 1. Lead DTE NPS deployment across Asia Markets 2. Guide Markets on NPS analytics dashboard with deep dive into retailer pain points & opportunities 3. Ensure successful growth of individual Market NPS by conducting monthly huddles with each NPS Market to discuss & prepare respective action plans 4. Share key learnings and quick wins with Asia Markets for additional business value 5. Handle & track online governance service requests & prepare support performance analytics Work Experience / Skills: - A proven background in B2B to understand operations and the retail environment - Ability to work closely with Markets & discuss updates on analytics with different stakeholders to define next steps & action plans - Good communication & analytics skills
