Your ‘day to day’ Being part of the Marketing & Digital team, you will oversee the brand’s loyalty program. You will also be ultimately accountable to design and execute the right loyalty strategy that drives brand bonding via relevant experiences, activations, campaigns, outstanding services, relevant benefits, surprises, and delights in line with brand DNA. Key responsibilities • Owns the planning, development, implementation, optimization and reporting of best-in-class loyalty program that leads to the increase of consumers' retention and brand love building while ensuring long-term financial feasibility • Define the loyalty program strategy that will enable us to use it as key tool for brand building, campaigns amplification and engagement, in line with long-term vision and overall business objectives • Partner with Brand team to create, almost from scratch, a brand engagement ecosystem that drives bonding and advocacy through digital and beyond • Leads the creation of the loyalty program roadmap and execution plan and oversees the delivery of the initiatives required to bring the strategy to life • Identify new partnerships opportunities that will help us deliver memorable experiences & delights to our consumers’ • Manage the end-to-end process from campaign briefing, planning, implementation, optimization, and reporting • Analyzes the performance of the loyalty program and specific campaigns to drive data driven business decisions. Identify key opportunities and improvement areas to enable better business results • Ultimately accountable of outstanding management of the loyalty program budget • Genuinely focused on developing people, further expanding their capabilities while ensuring team engagement, motivation, and commitment • Mange relationships with external agencies and suppliers What we are looking for • Academic background: university degree in Marketing/Business administration or another related field • Relative experience: at least 5 years of experience in similar roles in consumer centric industries or other relevant multinational environments with proven successful records • Strong understanding of how to drive consumer’s engagement online & offline in a way that builds brand attachment and long-term retention • Previous experience in the entire brand building process from campaign briefing, planning, implementation, optimization, and reporting • Previous experience in developing / managing loyalty platforms would be considered a plus • Previous experience in managing digital assets would be considered a plus • Ability to define metrics and analyze data to gain insights and drive business decisions • Outstanding communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills • Prior people management experience is a must • Strong project management skills • Experienced in managing big and complex budgets • Very good command of the English language (writing and speaking) • Microsoft Office, particularly Power Point and Excel What we offer Our success depends on the men and women who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
