We are looking for a Technical Services Supervisor who will work in İzmir and be responsible for leading the asset management team to deploy the Progressive Maintenance strategy to the overall site and optimize Planned / Unplanned Maintenance Downtime, Repair & Maintenance Cost, Spare Part Inventory and other PM related losses. This role will be a key member in local and global Progressive Maintenance Pillar Communities with opportunities to participate in projects at local/regional/global level which can bring international exposure and career opportunities. Read further if you want to learn what the main responsibilities of the role are: •Managing Asset Engineers to develop most effective maintenance strategy based on the factory requirement and planned maintenance routines by using problem solving and other suitable root causing techniques. Ensuring that safe and environmentally acceptable preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance programs, work plans and job plans are developed and implemented, at designated frequencies, on appropriate assets. •Taking overall responsibility of defining and implementing the necessary strategies and programs to improve technical equipment capabilities in order to ensure equipment availability for production with good quality, low costs and safe operation. •Taking appropriate actions in order to optimize costs and to remain within agreed parameters (budget). Recruiting, developing motivating and managing the team performance, and ensures that team members have the competencies, capabilities and tools to consistently deliver on individual, team and strategic objectives. Defining and implementing technical training strategy in order to support the required organizational development, ensuring that the required knowledge adheres to overall training plan and is aligned with the succession planning. •Ensuring the short- and long-term preventive maintenance and repair schedules, in accordance with production plans, safety and quality requirements and cost objectives in order to maximize equipment availability. •Continuously seeking to develop efficiency of the maintenance process. Cooperating with entire Manufacturing organization or with other department teams for new initiatives, projects and trainings in accordance with project plan, budgets and requirements. •Leading the re-application programs within the area of expertise with a focus on quality excellence while ensuring best possible execution in term of cost, time and risks. Ensuring that priorities are fostering improvements that fully support ongoing initiatives. •Leading and promoting PM Pillar thru building capabilities and applying PM strategies across the site. •Approving requests for changes in specifications, designing and other documentation relating to appropriate assets. Approving the documents confirming the hand over and acceptance of new devices and equipment after a successful commissioning. You: •Engineering education (university) or extensive technical knowledge •Have at least 3 years of experience in Leadership roles •Adequate level of manufacturing knowledge to manage technical staff •Have experience in Asset Management, Progressive Maintenance and/or Manufacturing •Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English •Have strong interpersonal skills and have attention for detail •Are collaborative, a team player, customer oriented and a quick learner •Ability to comprehend and apply expenditures and budget principles Due to COVID-19, this role will start as a remote position, but it will transfer to our HQ either partially or fully, after we start to work from the office again.
