The commercial operations analyst duties include but are not limited to handling financial requests, transactions and reconciliation of programs, reporting, data entry and project-based work within the Commercial Development, Commercial Deployment, and other teams. YOUR DAY TO DAY • Develop a good understanding on trade programs and overhead costs and assist in analyzing and explaining deviations from budget. • Proactively meet with the National and Commercial Planning teams to reconcile programs in different forms. • Provide ad hoc analytical and reporting support, fully applying global systems and reporting tools • Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data in budget/actuals adhering to RBHI’s reporting requirements and accounting principles. • Assist in the preparation for cost review and the interpretation of finance instructions and schedules. • Assist in training of new Commercial Head Office employees by providing and reviewing the procedures for financial accountabilities in their respective role. • Monthly consolidation of driven insights, ensuring timely deployment of communication to approved internal stakeholders. YOU ARE THE RIGHT FIT IF YOU HAVE • Post-secondary education o Certification in Finance, Project Management or Administration • 2+ years of experience in administration or financial services support • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) • Budgeting & financial forecasting experience • Great Communication skills including presentation skills • Excellent time management skills • Ability to multi-task & prioritize • Attention to detail • Professional discretion WHAT WE OFFER We offer the opportunity to join an organization where you can grow in a wide range of business functions.
