Purpose: ・Ensure to implement and monitor Fraud prevention for both monetized and non-monetized transactions by collaborating with Internal control, Digital / IT, and other commercial teams from PMJ and OC ・Develop and maintain operation process from any type of fraud prevention perspective Accountability: • Active Monitoring - Analyze fraud patterns across different transactions - Review suspicious activities and make decisions to prevent and resolve fraud incidents, in coordination with internal controls, digital/IT team and channel team • Develop and maintain operation process and its guideline from fraud prevention perspective. • Lead system development to mitigate any suspicious activities compliant with guideline and operation process • Vendor Management - payment transaction gateway Requirement- Education/Language • Bachelor Degree • Japanese - Native (verbal, written, presentation) • English- Fluent (preferably) • Commercial function 3 years+ preferred Requirement- Work Experience • Leadership, Influencing / Interpersonal Skills • Analytical Thinking Skills • Collaborator and enabler for collaboration across teams. • Learning agility Requirement- Functional Competencies • Knowledge in fraud management (plus) • Process Management skills • Data Processing / Analysis skills
