YOUR DAY TO DAY • Responsible for overall campaign orchestration experience for legal age customers by connecting their portfolio, communication, and digital experiences. Develop and manage quarterly and annual communication plans and targets. Manage campaigns for all launched non-combusted alternative platforms. • Lead details which campaigns or programs would need which channels and how assets, messaging and flows will work that resonate with targeted legal age customer profiles. • Responsible for the development, launch and ongoing execution of programs pre purchase & customized offerings (across non-combusted alternative platforms) with clear KPIs. Responsible for legal age consumer programs related to Digital Leads Generation initiatives. Work closely with Consumer Journey team to ensure platforms are deployed across different tools, utilizing data and analytics of the legal age customer base. • Represent Marketing & Digital Team. Develop deep understanding of legal age consumer journey and work closely with Consumer Journey and Market Insights team to create and experiment the right content mix with a clear engagement call to action that is brought back to Portfolio, Communication & Digital streams leads. Develop deep understanding of legal age consumer journey and work closely with Consumer Journey team. • Consistently monitor market and competitor developments to keep knowledgeable about internal and external landscape, legal age consumer lifecycle strategies and innovations. Be involved in the Net Satisfaction Score (NSS) program for Digital, including call backs and huddles to align data and insights based on survey sources, reviewing feedback and developing & implementing solutions. • Develop trackers using project management tools for key projects to ensure setting targets, adhering to deadlines achieving milestones, and allocating resources. • Use data-focused approach and clear/ ambitious KPIs, be it awareness, lead generation, sales, conversion, or retention. Ensure legal / data privacy teams are on board to ensure adequate data control measures and standard reporting. • Be the future stream that ideates, tests, and brings news ideas. Develop cross-channel testing, understand, and optimize entire conversion paths while working with Portfolio, Communication, Digital & other streams.
