Your ‘’day to day tasks • Monitor and manage system health for all assigned systems including evaluation, reporting on their availability, performance, and capacity. • Lead and/or drive processes to identify operational issues with assigned systems and provide technical support to resolve them promptly. • Translate new business requirements into functional specifications and make sure that the developers understand the requirements. You will also coordinate the development teams, validate the developments, and prepare the deployment. • Understand the business processes and technical areas, execute the deployment and localization of the global system solutions. • Participate and have opportunity to lead projects by utilizing appropriate systems solutions. • Regularly explore and assess business potential of new technologies and products, collaborating with Global and Cluster IT Teams. • Build your own expertise while cooperating with professional across the global organization of Philip Morris International. Who we’re looking for • University degree in Computer Engineering / Networks / Science / Information Systems / Programming or a related subject • 5 to 7 years of relative professional experience within Information Technology (preferable supporting factory/operations and supply chain systems) • An agile and analytically driven mind-set, genuinely interested in digital innovations and trends (Attention to detail, Critical Thinking, Decision-Making, Researching Skills) • Proven ability to assess business needs and translate them into relevant systems solutions • Understanding and knowledge of the principles and practices associated to database SQL programming • Experience with machine integration and connectivity, SCADA & Process control systems, Industrial Cloud, Smart Automations & Robotics, Logistics and Inventory Management systems, Warehouse Management Systems • Proficiency in spoken and written English • Quick learner with a pragmatic and analytical mindset • Team player with a positive attitude • Contributes and shares knowledge with the team to bring added value • A plus would be: a variety of programming languages, SQL scripts, knowledge of API management and design, basic knowledge of modelling languages and tools (BPM, UML), basic knowledge of ITIL (Service Management, Change Management), IoT, Cloud.
