You’ll be solving supply chain problems that span the whole world: a smoke-free world. Your ‘day to day’ As a Line Lead, you will lead the assigned production line(s) with 24 hours accountability to deliver business result i.e. planned production volume in accordance with budget, as well as meeting all the requirements for safety and quality, and fully applying the Integrated Operating System (IOS) and PMI standards and policies. More specifically, you will: • Ensures compliance to all PMI and Legal standards and guidelines related to Quality of incoming materials, SFGs and FGs in line with the QM • Leads the productions lines, ability to deal with ambiguity, take responsibilities for own lines responsible for end-to-end process • Autonomously leads and sets the 24 hours direction for the assigned line(s) to deliver the business results and ensures the follow up actions are completed • Effectively manage and motivate the team to achieve the assigned line(s) business results. Perform regular coaching to develop capabilities of the team and to support in the personnel skill/technical development of each team member in order to build ownership and team autonomy. • Build effective working relationships with all stakeholders through good communication, positive attitude and strong collaboration to enable the team to achieve the business result. Who we’re looking for • University degree in Electronic, mechanic or equivalent. • Past experience in an industrial environment with good knowledge of manufacturing processes. • Experience in a similar position with people management. • Strong understanding of Project management, good proficiency in lean principles, methodologies and tools coupled with an analytical mindset. • Strong collaboration skills with the willingness to share knowledge. • Fluent in French and English.
