You’ll be solving supply chain problems that span the whole world: a smoke-free world. Your ‘day to day’ As a Process Lead you will be responsible for executing and leading the processes for eliminating losses by effective problem solving and process control tools to support in delivering the business results of the production line. More specifically, you will: • Execute and lead the processes for eliminating losses by effective problem solving and process control tools to support in delivering the business results of the line. • Control Production process parameters and take appropriate actions in case of their incompliance with Philip Morris standards. • Focus on finished goods costs reduction opportunities by efficiency and improvement of production equipment efficiency. • Provide guidance, leadership, and coaching to the line staff in order to build their capability. • Act as the process experts in problem-solving and on floor troubleshooting. • Fully apply the Integrated Manufacturing System (IMS) and PMI standards & policies. Who we’re looking for • University degree in Electronic, mechanic or equivalent. • Past experience in an industrial environment with good knowledge of manufacturing processes. • Experience in a similar position required. • Good proficiency in Lean/OPEN+ principles, methodologies and tools coupled with an analytical mindset. • Experience leading cross-functional teams coupled with project management experience. • Strong collaboration skills with the willingness to share knowledge. • Fluent in French and English.
