We are currently looking for a Product Owner – Compensation & Incentives, based in office in either one of this locations Krakow, Manila, Buenos Aires and London. In this role you will be responsible for the lifecycle management for all the Compensation and Incentives Programs. Cooperates with P&C and business stakeholders to drive enhanced employee experiences and product performance. Area of responsibility: Product innovation • Management of the Product lifecycle encompassing product design, iteration and retirement. • Oversee the establishment and prioritisation of product backlog and the construction of associated user stories and success metrics. • Proactively analyse Product insights, user adoption and employee behavioural trends with relevant partners to inform backlog & prioritisation. • Establish and manage the Product catalogue, process design, standards and policies and associated knowledge management by upkeeping assets supporting product Project Management, Deployment and Vendor Management • Responsible for development and management of project plans, success measures, templates, standards and tools against agreed KPIs • Accountable for delivering against defined project outcomes • Stage-gate management and adherence to the PBO project release methodology • Manage vendors in terms of performance against agreed KPIs and service levels, negotiations and cost optimization User Experience, insights & reporting • Design & lead user experience to ensure the product has the right look & feel • Owns and manages content for journey maps • Gather regular feedback on stakeholder, employee and consumer experience of using the processes and products to drive continuous improvement • Manage interpretation of insights, listening feedback and move into action • Ensure market requirements are supported by a user-friendly product Functional Architecture • Co-own related IT and Data Roadmap and partner with IT on deployment planning • Develop roadmaps that support automation & robotics that enable efficiency and improved experience Who we’re looking for: • 7+ years in compensation / total rewards • Experience of product management and innovation • Extensive change, engagement and adoption experience • Strong agile delivery experience • Consulting and advisory skills – ability to absorb multiple sources of insights (EX, Tech, Delivery) based on which determine the direction of the product • Team coaching and development • Comprehensive Prioritization skills – managing multiple sources of demand • Problem solving, design thinking, user experience – ability to generate creative solutions to specific customer problems using design thinking and building product features with user experience guidance • Data driven decision making, data storytelling - ability to tie product metrics with business goals and customer benefits, the ability to build a narrative around the data and its visualizations to help convey the key product related decisions. • Excellent Collaboration, Communication and Influencing skills, Customer centricity • Experimental mindset – be comfortable with failure, learn and move on What we offer We genuinely care about our people and we show this through living out our Employee Brand each and every day.
