We are searching for the head of our Business & Consumer Intelligence department. MANAGER BUSINESS & CONSUMER INTELLIGENCE RESPONSIBILITIES: • Lead business & consumer intelligence department to be a relevant business partner. • Find relations and transform data into actionable insights and recommendations for decision making and planning. • Manage and develop team, lead them in development of complex business and consumer understanding and actions. • Support commercial and marketing departments and promote data driven culture. Cooperate closely with colleagues across markets to understand their needs and with global teams. • Develop and connect advanced Consumer and Business Intelligence strategies supported by strong analytical and reporting infrastructure. • Increase analytical and reporting effectiveness and efficiency, maximize automation, self-service analytics and drive BI/CI projects in cooperation with other departments. YOU SHOULD HAVE/BE/KNOW: • University degree • Advanced English, good communication skills, presentation and story telling • Experience in BI/CI role – 2-3 year in a leadership role • Agile natural learner able to bring new solutions • People management skills - ability to drive and empower multiple teams and foster a strong collaborative culture • Organized, detailed oriented, systematic, resourceful, customer focused and strong in managing processes and systems in a fast pace environment What we offer - 13th & 14th salary - Extra days off - Flexible working time - Supplementary pension plan (III. pillar) - Life & accident insurance - Opportunities for career development & growth - Work for a multinational company - certified Equal Salary & TopEmployer -MultiSport Card Legal minimum gross salary for this position set at 3.090€ / month (the actual salary depends on the seniority level)
