Your day-to-day Tabaqueira is seeking talented people to join our Business Planning Team. We are looking for a Senior Business Development & Planning Analyst. We count on you to help us excel in the following tasks: • Prepare budgets, rolling forecasts and projections for market dynamics such as total market size, share of market, volume and competition in close contact with local senior management; • Support local senior management with all relevant information related to pricing & market decision making processes; • Develop critical working relationships with channel heads to ensure accurate forecasting and targets ownership; • Ensure local and PMI reporting requirements are met, whilst supporting profit optimization by sensitivity analysis on market; • Provide answers for inquiries from regional, from PMI and local management regarding sales volumes, market shares, Marginal Contribution, pricing, competitors etc; • Manage workload and adherence to numerous strict deadlines while ensuring high level of accuracy in output; • Provide ad-hoc analysis and participate in PM projects. You will have • University Degree (preferably in Business and Economics, mathematics or statistics); • +5 years of previous record in a similar role; • Fluent English (C1 - Advanced level); • Valid EU work permit; • Strong analytical skills, ability to interpret data and conduct actionable in-depth analysis to maximize profitability; • Advanced skills of Excel and PowerPoint; • Entrepreneurial spirit and leadership skills; • A team player mindset and a go-getter attitude; • A curious mind and a very business-oriented profile.
