You’re not persuading someone to savings account or try a new drinks brand. Your ‘day to day’: Achieve the objectives of the GT channel and design the plans with the sales manager to capitalize on long-term opportunities. The most important deliverables of the role are compliance with KPIs such as Volume, Coverage and product mix at the point of sales. - Achievement of sales target in value and volume, must generate action plans aligned with the sales force provider (ADECCO) to close the gaps, and define the channel's agenda. - Define the plans to get the results thar the RTM defined by the sales manager must have,for example the widest possible distribution with our products. - Mix of the portfolio product, find the ideal mix following the portfolio strategy by point of sale segment. - Collection, recovery of the channel's credits and also to achieve an adequate behavior in the entire client list. - Compliance with the visibility strategy, especially focusing on getting to capitalize on availability opportunities. Who we’re looking for: - University Degree in Administration, industrial engineering or related careers. - 7 years of experience in mass consumption and retail companies, managing salespeople and customers directly and indirectly. Experience managing distributors or wholesalers - Experience in conflict management. - Complex negotiations. - Great capacity for effective communication. - Experience using technological tools (Office / SAP / ERP) - English intermediate.
