Lead the Financial Services team to support other Finance teams as well as the Commercial organization through the accounting, analysis, reporting and payment of commercial trade programs and contract payments. YOUR DAY TO DAY • Oversee commercial program payments process to wholesalers and retailers • Ensure any system payment issues are raised, addressed, and rectified in a timely manner with the appropriate internal and external stakeholders. • Proactively establish, maintain, and/or enhance processes to monitor payment activities and detect any anomalies. • Lead and oversee process for missed payments to customers while ensuring processes are executed on a regular and timely basis, controls and validation checks are established where needed and followed, and payment calculations are accurate based on available data. • Ensure Financial Analysts prepare regular and ad hoc analysis and journal entries in accordance with revenue recognition principles and in a timely manner. • Support and contribute continuously to people development and also the improvements of systems and work methodologies to ensure that finance processes operate effectively and efficiently and are adapting to evolving business needs. YOU ARE THE RIGHT FIT IF • You are customer centric, pro-active, willing to roll up your sleeves and work with the team to complete tasks while continually seeking new challenges and opportunities for improvements. • You have University Degree in Accounting or Finance • You have a Chartered Professional Accountants (CPA) designation or equivalent • You have proven experience in a Finance lead role (at least 3 years) • You have sense of urgency and customer centricity • You have consistent record to effectively lead internal and external customer expectations while firmly enforcing practices, policies, and procedures WHAT WE OFFER We offer the opportunity to join an organization where you can grow in a wide range of business functions.
