We’ve got an opportunity for an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our team as a Product Lead based in Auckland. Are you up for the challenge? Rise to the challenge As a Product Lead, based within our Marketing & Digital function, you will be key in driving strategic and tactical initiatives for this category, identifying opportunities, and managing the end-to-end lifecycle of products. You will be responsible for performance goals of the product in line with strategy, manage Brand (Product) architecture processes and enable product planning including consumer segments, conversion and campaigns. Managing a wide range of stakeholders, both internal and external, spanning all levels and functions of the organisation, you will deliver actionable insights from consumer trends & purchasing behaviour, report on performance of portfolio initiatives and ensure that the right product is available at right price in the right channel. A solution-oriented mindset, consumer centricity, and a hunger to win, will be key in this role.
