We are looking for a Team Leader Benefits Delivery for the Benefits Delivery team supporting our PMI employees and affiliates in Switzerland. Together with the team you will deliver outstanding experiences to our employees through the delivery of Benefits products and services. The role will be based in Krakow, Poland. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? • University degree (Human Resources, Economics, Law, Business Administration or equivalent) • Excellent customer focus and service orientation • Solid work experience in the area of Benefits administration and delivery in a multinational environment • Experience with third party and vendor relation management • Genuine passion to help and collaborate with others, ability to establish effective relationships across various cultures, styles of work and circumstances • Strong analytical and problem solving skills • Experience with people management and/or project management, mentoring and encouraging others and mastered ability to plan work and prioritize tasks of self and others • Highly communicative English speaker – proficiency in French is an asset WHAT WE OFFER YOU? • Private medical and dental care, life insurance • Subsidized meals in company canteens or Sodexo card while working remotely • Remote work opportunity and flexible working arrangements • Employee pension plan • Multisport program • Cafeteria with various benefits • Free bike and car parking for all employees HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US? • Lead, support, mentor and empower the Benefits Delivery Team, existing of 6 specialists, spread out over 3 locations (Krakow, Lausanne and Neuchatel) • Ensure high quality and timely end-to-end administration of Benefits products and services for our employees based in Switzerland, according to the Benefits strategy • Supervise and manage Benefits’ broker and vendor relations and performance for Switzerland in line with agreed performance standards, and contribute to contract negotiations • Work as one team with the other local and central HR teams to achieve flawless experiences for our employees across the scope of services • Establish and foster excellent relationships with key customers and local stakeholders to achieve encouraged business outcomes • Continuously and proactively understand and address employee’ needs and optimize product and service delivery accordingly, in partnership with the relevant local and central teams • Support cost tracking and analysis of the Benefits programs, contribute to financial planning and forecasts • Secure all control requirements are understood and fulfilled, including SOX and PMI policies and procedures Please note that only on-line applications will be taken into consideration.
