Your ‘day to day’ This role owns the demand planning process for different product categories: - Leads the overall market demand planning process ensuring timely availability and accuracy of the plans. - Leads the demand planning review, collaborating with the various key stakeholders in the market (Finance, BDP, Commercial etc…) and ensuring that the most relevant data and business intelligence is used in combination with the statistical baseline to generate the most accurate demand forecast. Responsible for forecasting performance. - Prepares demand analysis to quickly detect demand signals. - Ensures that new product introductions are timely reflected into the demand plans while meeting service and cost targets. - Prepares monthly Sales & Operations (S&OP) deck, identifying main demand drivers and supply chain risks and opportunities. - Evaluates the S&OP processes, ensuring consistency and proposing enhancements. Who we’re looking for • University bachelor degree • APICS certification and/or certification in Business Forecasting & Planning (IBF) and/or Lean Six Sigma certification are a plus • Fluent in English and Spanish • 4+ Years of experience within Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), Electronics or Medical Device industry with experience in forecasting, Supply Chain Planning, Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and data analytics. • Working knowledge of SAP, Supply Chain Planning Solutions and Forecasting Solutions (E2OPEN suite is a strong plus) • Valid EU Work permit at the time of application What we offer Our success depends on the men and women who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
