Your ‘day to day Your responsibilities will include acting as the Canadian NCA communications expert, having a strong command of the global NCA toolbox as well as a thorough understanding of the local regulatory framework. You will be taking care of ongoing monitoring of campaign performance and results, gathering data, developing and issuing performance reports, and identifying opportunities to optimize communication. As a Marketing Communications Lead you will be accountable for: - Managing the content strategy to support Legal Age Nicotine Users throughout their journey. This requires ongoing management and alignment of communication planning, upholding partnerships with key internal stakeholders to ensure accurate, consistent, and effective development of content, visuals, and messaging. - Ongoing content creation, such as agency briefings, copywriting for print, web, and email communication, facilitating French translation, proofreading, and coordinating approvals and deployment. - Working closely with various cross functional teams (Digital, CRM, CX, Insights) to gather and translate insights into compelling, integrated messaging across all touch points: print, digital, and point of sale materials. - Acting as key point of contact for our external marketing agency of record, briefing them on all assets, working with them to monitor process against projects, ensuring they adhere to global brand guidelines and are compliant with local regulations, and optimizing content to support the business objective. - Responsible for the procurement of all printed materials, adhering to internal processes for vendor identification and selection, effectively spending against the brand budget, and deliver the highest quality assets. - Ensuring compliance of all activities performed will be compliant with PMI Principles and Practices, standards, and laws relating to these activities. YOU ARE THE RIGHT PERSON FOR THIS JOB IF YOU HAVE - University degree or College Diploma, preferably in Marketing/Business - 5-7 years experience in Brand, Marketing, or Creative Agency - Excellent command of written English is a must - Strong communications and time management skills - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines - Team players with a positive attitude, results and solutions driven - Solid knowledge of MSOffice - Post secondary education in Marketing, Business Admin, Communications is an asset - Creative development, copywriting skills is an asset - Being bilingual (English and French) is an asset WHAT WE OFFER We offer the opportunity to join an organization where you can grow in a wide range of business functions.
