Responsible for increasing customer retention, conversion to IQOS, and brand advocacy you will deliver all this and more by optimizing our CRM programs, journeys & campaigns. You will achieve this through effective planning and delivery of data driven, multi-channel eCRM strategies and communications, planning and developing contents and assets aligned with our strategy, the target audience(s) and the delivery platform / formats. Responsible for planning and managing the relationship activities in eDM and Social Push messaging (including Kakao) to deliver a world class customer experience whilst maximizing opportunities to drive sales across our E-Commerce websites and in-store, increasing frequency of purchase, Loyalty and NPS, and triggering referral behaviors. YOUR ‘DAY TO DAY’ • Plan, develop, manage, deliver communication strategies to our existing and identified IQOS Consumer Database members through the different channels available, including but not limited to direct email, Kakao and mobile messages to improve engagement and contribute to our retention targets by driving revenue targets, frequency of purchase, higher NPS and advocacy / referral. • Define, plan, develop and deliver optimization strategies for our core CRM journeys that drive critical commercial KPIs including 30day conversion rate, participation in member-get-member (MGM) programs and others • Bring insights from relationship media engagement to drive targeting optimization, content optimization, reporting and consumer insight. Partner with all functions to ensure an optimal combination of design, content, and functionality, aligned to and reflective of our brand, commercial, and digital objectives. • Embed new ways of working in collaboration with other functions to ensure all new programs and projects follow a structured methodology. Purpose being to effectively discover, define, design, deliver, deploy and create data to power insight and optimization. WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR • Minimum 10 years (+6~7 years) of proven experience & understanding of CRM strategy, technology & operations • A proven background managing digital CRM programs and platforms in earned digital media channels / content / loyalty & retention / advocacy & referral - gained within an agency or client side. • Demonstrable knowledge and experience delivering digital implementation and innovation in Digital Earned Media, including eCRM, Data / Insight, Retention, Advocacy, Referral. • Proficient English (verbal and written) a must • Deep hands-on knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud • Strong expertise in A/B and other testing methods inc. use of Einstein Analytics, Path Optimizer and other relevant SFMC functionalities • Ability to read and implement learnings from Google Analytics and other analytics tools • Good copywriting skills • Self-motivated and comfortable in a fast-moving organization. • Collaborative and able to communicate comfortably with local/global stakeholders OTHERS • Contract Type - Contract (13 months) • Work location - Philip Morris Korea, 10, Gukjegeumyung-ro, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, Korea HOW TO APPLY • Go PMI career site, "" and set ‘South Korea’ and search for the job • Click ‘Apply Now’ button and ‘Upload a File’ for new applicants • Upload your English Resume either in Word or PDF format (merge your files into one file named as your English name, i.e., CV Gildong Hong) • Fill in basic information such as employment and education • Create password and submit application
