Your ‘day to day’ • Plan, implement and manage public relations programs • Plan and budget for PR events, programs and initiatives • Help in writing, designing and reviewing a variety of corporate communications materials for traditional, digital and online media • Develop, design and review content in media announcements and media kits • Monitor corporate image frequently and ensure it is in compliance with company brand • Develop, write, edit, review and manage content for internal website, external websites and social media channels • Develop and implement PR policies and procedures • Determine KPIs for PR department • Measure and provide reports on each PR campaign • Build long-term relationships with all relevant stakeholders, such as local government, media people, politicians, key opinion leaders, key scientific opinion leaders, etc. • Manage work with PR and digital agencies • Produce content for various speeches, events, hearings • Develop and implement crisis communications advice and media strategy, as needed Who we’re looking for • University degree in Communication-related fields (Journalism, Business, Marketing, Communication, Media, Public Relations ) • Minimum 5 years of experience in various and diverse Communication-related positions (including, but not limited to media, PR & Corporate Communication agencies, public relations, advertising, journalism, public affairs, regulatory affairs or government relations) • Experience in multinational companies is a plus • Experience in internal communication not mandatory, but a plus • Passion for Corporate Communication, Public Affairs and Crisis Management • Creative insight to formulate strategies into actions. • Ability to work under pressure and to remain calm during crises • Strong leadership skills, complemented by interpersonal skills and team-player attitude • Fluent in English & Bulgarian What we offer Our success depends on our talented employees who come to work here every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
